Where Our Family Tile Story Began
Charlie Board opened Evansville Tile Distributors in 1981. We have been at 1501 N. Cullen Ave. ever since. That is 45 years in the same spot. In 2007, we opened our sister store in Owensboro. But Evansville is where it all started. And a real person still answers our phone.
Walk in and you will find porcelain, ceramic, natural stone, mosaic, hardwood, and LVP. We sell first-grade tile only. No seconds. Bring a photo of your room, and we will help you find the right look.

Common Questions
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are always welcome. Stop by any weekday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM.
Can I take samples home?
Yes. Check out samples and see them next to your own cabinets, walls, and light.
Do you sell to homeowners or just contractors?
Both. We help homeowners, contractors, builders, designers, and do-it-yourselfers.
Do you have contractor accounts?
Yes. Pros get contractor pricing and can charge to their account. Learn about pro accounts.
Do you install tile?
No. We sell tile and supplies. But we're glad to share the local installers we trust.
Do you deliver?
We don't deliver locally. Most customers pick up at our Evansville store. We can also ship anywhere in the United States.
Which grout do you carry?
Both Laticrete and Bostik. We also stock Schluter waterproofing and trim.
How much tile do I need?
Bring your room measurements, and we'll help you figure it out. That way you don't buy too much or too little.
Are you the same company as Kentucky Tile Distributors?
Yes. We're one family with two showrooms. The Evansville store opened in 1981, and our Owensboro store opened in 2007.
Ready to Start Your Project?
